CHILDREN’S BOOK WEEK PARADES
I’m sure that everyone who attended our Book Week Parades last week will agree that they were a resounding success! Students and staff entered into the spirit of this annual event and looked fantastic! Here are just a few photos of some of the costumes worn on that day.
2024 PREMIER’S READING CHALLENGE
There is only one more week for students to log the books they have read on the Premier’s Reading Challenge website! The challenge formally closes on Friday, September 6th; however, all books must be entered by Wednesday, September 4th, to allow time to verify the books students have read.
Please continue encouraging your children to participate in this year’s Premier’s Reading Challenge. Remember that students in the Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 classes need to read 30 books (which will be logged on the website by Ed) and students in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 need to read 15 books each (students in these classes need to log the information themselves). Thank-you for your assistance in this matter.
If you have any questions regarding the above information please do not hesitate to contact one of us during school hours.
Happy reading!
Ed and Rama.
