Year 2 Dinner & Disco

On Friday, August 23rd, we had the Year 2 Dinner and Disco. The evening began with students being invited to participate in a range of activities, including Connect 4, Just Dance, and creative sessions with colouring and Play-Doh. The students also enjoyed a fun photo booth, capturing memorable moments with their friends with lots of different props. Soon we had dinner and dessert, which included yummy pizza and some chocolate and lollies. All the students started to get really excited for the disco. 

At 7pm, the energy shifted to the disco, where the real fun began. The room was transformed with dazzling disco lights, upbeat music, and even had a section where students could get face glitter and temporary tattoos. A bubble and smoke machine added to the festive atmosphere. The students and teachers spent the rest of the evening dancing joyfully together, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The Year 2s had an amazing night, making it a memorable night full of fun and laughter.
