BIS District Athletics Day 

On Tuesday the 20th of August Epping Views took a track and field team to the BIS District Athletics at Meadowglen Stadium. 

It was a busy day of running, jumping and throwing for the EVPS students, which wasn’t helped by the harsh weather conditions. At one point we had to have students and staff pick up the hurdles after each hurdle race! 

Epping Views again performed very well, coming away with eleven 3rd place ribbons, seven 2nd place ribbons, and eight first place ribbons!

Many more students came a valiant 4th in their various events and our Year 3s, who entered District for the first time, fared very well against older students in the 9/10’s age bracket.
