Sophie Bentley

Hi Trafalgar Primary School, I’m Sophie (the children call me Miss B). I have been a teachers aide for 6 years now so I’m bringing a lot of knowledge to the roll. The past three weeks have been so fun, getting to know the 90+ names across the 1/2 grades, and getting some wrong but mostly right!

Michelle Lintzeris

Hi, My name is Michelle Lintzeris. (The children call me Miss L).  My family and I recently moved to Trafalgar.  I am the new teaching assistant in Grade 1/2 P6.  I've been getting to know the students and practicing my role.  I love to encourage and help the kids and their teacher.  I am looking forward to the year ahead.

Rob Williams

Hello, Trafalgar Primary! My name is Rob Williams and I’m delighted to join the school community in an Education Support capacity and to help contribute to the high standards and great reputation this school has throughout the Valley and beyond. My first role was to join the Grade 5/6 camp to Sovereign Hill which was a fantastic experience for both the kids and staff and I’ve enjoyed my time here immensely. So don’t hesitate to say hello, let’s end this term on a high and I can’t wait to see what the future holds as we continue to grow as a school community.

Parents & Friends News

Fathers Day Stall

A reminder that the Parents & Friends Committee will be holding their Father's Day Stall on Monday 26th August, 9am-1pm.

This year, we have some exciting new gift ideas for students to bring home to their loved ones. Students will have the opportunity to purchase gifts ranging from $1 to $6, with a spending limit of $10 and 2 gifts per student.

There will be a second chance stall during recess on Tuesday 27th August for those students still wanting to purchase items for their dad, grandparent, carer or other loved ones.

PLEASE NOTE: We would appreciate if parents could try to send children with $5 notes and/or coins instead of larger notes. This will greatly assist our parent helpers to have enough change for everybody on the day. Please ensure money is in a secure zip lock bag to help prevent students losing their money on the day.

Father's Day this year is on Sunday 1st September.  If there are any mums or dads that would be willing to help on either day it would be much appreciated - please contact us to let us know of your interest via email tpspandfsecretary@gmail.com
