Performing Arts 

PREP

In PREP we are working on Ostinatos. We are using both live instruments and technology to create repeating patterns, while focussing on the notes of table clef and the C major scale.

Grade 1 & 2

In Grade 1 & 2 we are learning the Ukulele. We have already mastered a C major chord and will add F major, G major and A minor to our repertoire, so that we can play the chorus from Disney short film, Lava.

Grade 3 & 4

In Grade 3 & 4 we are learning all about music for video games! We have learned about the importance of creating music for a character, time or place and have, to date, used two different platforms called Chrome Music Lab and BeepBox to create 8 bit audio music.

Grade 5 & 6

In Grade 5 & 6, we have been learning about the evolution of Music Videos, their place in history and creating our own, showcasing 3 different art forms, including singing, acting, costuming, dancing, choreography and videography. Stay tuned for the final products.
