Parent Battle of the Bands - Recruiting for Middle Park Sparks

Play an instrument (or used to)? Love to sing? Join the Middle Park PS Parents Band!

We play at school fetes and the Parents Battle of the Bands at The Prince in May.

Community Project

Some of last year’s Grade 6 student are running a donation drive for Jabiru Area School! They are collecting board games, playing cards, water bottles, female athletic clothing (all sizes), footballs, HART Rippa Tags, dodgeballs, and netball bibs. There will be a box in the foyer of the office where these donations can be dropped off. All donations will be distributed to various NT communities, helping to bring fun, fitness, and resources to those who need it most.

Container Recycling Scheme

You may be aware that Victoria has recently adopted the container deposit scheme, where you can earn 10c per eligible container that is returned to collection points.At MPPS we have signed up as a donation partner so you can select us a charity to donate your refunds to.You will find our donation partner barcode for you to scan attached to this post.You can also select us as your nominated charity partner through the app, CDS Vic East.In the future we hope to have a collection point at our school for container drop off, where we will benefit from the refund also.The nearest drop off points currently are: IGA Middle Park (Armstrong St), Woolworths Fishermans Bend & MSAC.For more information please check the website here: https://www.returnit.com.au/vic/If you happen to be over the other side of the city (the north zone) we are also signed up with Visy as a donation partner.
