Book Week is Coming!

It’s almost here. Next week, we will be celebrating Book Week on Wednesday 20th, August. I can't wait to see all the wonderful creations the children come up with. I know the children love showing off what they have decided to wear and seeing what everyone else is wearing. For those of you who are unsure, children will wear their Book Week costume to school and remain in it all day. 

As per usual, parents are invited to come and watch the Book Week parade at 9:00am in the courtyard. After the parade, the children will head off to their classrooms with their buddy grade and enjoy some Book Week activities.

If you are still stuck for costume ideas I have added some links below for inspiration. Remember it is a fun day and a wonderful costume can be made from items around the house or reuse an outfit from siblings or relatives.
