SCHOOL HATS TO BE WORN AT SCHOOL
as of Monday 18 August
Children will need to start wearing their hat as of Monday 18 and leave them on the hooks at school at the end of each day. If hats are not brought to school, children will be required
to play in the shade. ALL HATS NEED TO BE CLEARLY LABELLED.

When it comes to using sun protection, temperature isn't a good guide. You can’t see or feel UV but UV is the part of the sun that can damage skin and eyes and lead to skin cancer. SunSmart advises that Victoria’s UV levels start to rise from mid-August.
Please remind your child to pack their hat, clearly labelled with their name.

Foundation Swimming
A reminder to the parents of Foundations students that NO makeup, face paint or hair products can be used with the Foundation students next Wednesday when it is Book Week. These products are not suitable when the children are in the pool for their swimming lesson. Thanks for your understanding with this matter.

A reminder to Parents/Carers to complete a 'Parent Notified Absence' in PAM or phone the School office - 52 315292
before 10:00am the day of your child's absence.
This is an important reporting requirement.
