School Improvement Planning
At St Joseph’s, we are deeply committed to ensuring that every young person has the best possible learning opportunities. One of the key ways we achieve this is through our Annual Improvement Plan (AIP), which acts as a roadmap to guide our work. When we are deliberate and focused in our planning, we can more effectively direct our efforts towards the initiatives that make the greatest difference to our young people's learning and wellbeing.
Recently, our skilled helpful adults completed a mid-year review of the 2025 AIP. This has given us valuable insight into what is working well, where we need to continue building momentum, and where we can look for new opportunities to grow. As we enter Term 4, this review will help us sharpen our focus, while also setting a clear direction for the year ahead in 2026.
An essential part of this process is hearing the voices of our parents and community. The School Improvement Survey, which remains open until September 3, is a vital tool for us to gather your feedback. Your perspectives give us a richer understanding of the strengths and needs of our school community, and they directly shape our planning and decision-making. I encourage all families to take the time to complete the survey, as together we can continue building a school environment that nurtures the growth and success of every child.
