October Vacation Care 

Magill School Vacation Care offers fun activities that engage children during the school holidays. It is a great way to encourage them to develop social skills, confidence and independence while making new friends.

We had an amazing time during October Vacation Care! The program kept everyone busy exploring lots of fun indoor and outdoor experiences.

Week 1

We had a trip to Wacky Warehouse Play Café. The children enjoyed the OSHC Sports Day, an animation workshop, they got to make clay characters and create their own movie, and explore Middle Eastern and Indian culture through belly dancing.

Week 2 

The children engaged in a Think Big performance. Everyone was dancing, singing and giggling throughout the show.  We all got up and joined in the fun.

In the remaining days, we went on a trip to Melba’s Chocolate Factory to see how chocolate gets made. We also walked to Penfold Park for a play. 

The children also participated in a Junior Master Chef Day, testing their cooking skills and participating in different challenges and experiences. The program ended with a Zumba class, getting the children's and educators’ bodies moving.

Carpark Reminder

We would like to remind families that the OSHC carpark is strictly for staff only - unless you require disability parking. This is for any time of the day, and all-weather conditions. This is due to safety concerns to ensure that no children are walking through the carpark with reversing cars and to avoid congestion with school and OSHC staff arriving/leaving for the day.  

We have also noticed some parents speeding into the carpark which is extremely unsafe.

There is ample parking available on Magill Road as well as at The Tower Hotel, so please park there and enter via the gate and pathway when dropping off or collecting your child/ren from OSHC.

Before School Care: 7:00 am - 8:45 am

After School Care: 3:05 pm - 6:15 pm

Vacation Care & Student Free Days: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

OSHC is Closed on Public Holidays

Before School Care: $12.00

After School Care: $21.00
