Year 4 Assembly

The Year 4 assembly was exquisite. We practised very hard for 3 to 4 weeks. As we waited for the first act to start the feeling of adrenaline rushed through our bodies. 

The theme for our assembly was Care for Creation. It focussed on how we can look after and protect our planet. There were 6 acts in total culminating in a finale of ‘Song at the Centre’ performed by all of Grade 4.  4MP presented how to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. 4P presented how we can be protectors of the earth, focussing on climate change and how we can make small changes at home to prevent this. 4B taught us the importance of planting trees, explaining that they are like the earth’s lungs providing us with clean air. We were very proud of ourselves and happy that we did a fabulous job.
