Year 2 Assembly

The Year 2 cohort drew on their learning about the Sacrament of Reconciliation to perform the story of Zacchaeus, a tax collector who lived in Jericho in Jesus' time. They explained how Jesus forgave Zacchaeus for the bad things he had done, and Zacchaeus spent the rest of his life doing good and helpful things for others.

 

We also learnt about the power of persuasion through a debate about whether it is more fun to play inside or outside. Who do you think won? Watch the video below and decide for yourself!
