District Swimming

On Wednesday 19th February a group of talented Whitehorse Primary students dove into the district swimming competition, giving it their all! Everyone swam amazingly, and while only a few made it through to the next round to compete at Division level, we’re incredibly proud of each and every competitor. A huge thank you to those who volunteered their time to support our school, and our parents and teachers for making this all possible. It was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Go Whitehorse!

Tabloid sports

It was Thursday the 20th of February when Mullauna College came to our school and ran a fun day full of sporty activities. These included tunnel ball, frisbee square, badminton, volleyball and footy. Smiles filled the air as laughter and joy signalled that the students of Whitehorse were having a great time with their groups. We would like to thank all the students of Mullauna for giving up their time for us and making it one of the best days.

Maths Museum

In maths we have been exploring the relationships between fractions, decimals and percentages. To start our unit, students showed their understanding by creating a mathematical museum! They used diagrams, number lines, collections of objects and wrote all over their tables to display their knowledge. We love working creatively in maths!

Student Leaders

A huge thank you to our school and vice captains for helping our school photo day run smoothly. SchoolPix staff had very high praise for their efficiency, friendliness and respectful behaviour. They noted that our leaders were truly the best they’d ever worked with! We couldn’t be prouder of how Ava, Dhruv, Aiden and Evie represented our school.
