Our Grade 5–6 students represented St Patrick’s wonderfully at their recent Melbourne camp, showing excellent behaviour, teamwork, and respect throughout the experience. Many people from the wider community took the time to comment on how well-mannered and considerate our students were, which is something we can all be very proud of. A big thank you also goes to Ms Ras, Ms Gee, Emma, and Tyarna for their time, care, and energy in supporting the students and making this camp such a positive and memorable experience.
Excitement is building as we get closer to our school production! Tickets were sent home to families this week, and it’s wonderful to see so much anticipation for the big night. If you have tickets that you will not be using, please return them to the office so we can reallocate them. If you require additional tickets, email me or see Teresa at the office. Please note that students performing in the production do not require a ticket. We can’t wait to share this special event with our school community!
Thanks to the 12 families who have already completed the ORIMA Survey, your feedback is really important to us!!
We look forward to more families completing this important survey! The survey was emailed to all families from Teresa.
Congratulations to Madi Old, who was today named 10 Year Old Girls Age Champion from last week’s Waranga District Athletics Carnival after the final points were tallied.
Madi shows great commitment to her athletics, and with so many students from schools across our area competing, this is an outstanding achievement. We are very proud of you, Madi!
Our recent Grandparents’ Mass was an incredible celebration, with the church filled to capacity — there wasn’t a spare seat in the house! It was so special to see so many grandparents and special friends joining us for this occasion, creating a wonderful atmosphere of love and connection across generations. A heartfelt thank you to Kizza, Ran, and Kristy Grant for generously cooking the BBQ lunch afterwards, which was very much enjoyed and appreciated by all.
Book Week was a fantastic celebration at St Patrick’s, with our parade bringing colour, creativity, and plenty of smiles as everyone dressed up as their favourite book characters. The fun continued with multi-age rotation activities based on the shortlisted books, giving students the chance to learn, create, and share in a spirit of imagination and storytelling. It was wonderful to see the joy and excitement that books bring to our school community!
Don't forget to sell your tickets and return them to the office:
