Parent, Guardian and Carer Code of Conduct
At our school, we value the strong partnership we share with our families. A respectful, safe and positive school community helps all children thrive, and we thank our parents, guardians and carers for the important role they play in supporting this.
We ask all families to uphold the school’s values by treating staff, students and other community members with respect and courtesy at all times. This includes following school policies and procedures, respecting staff authority, communicating appropriately, and ensuring actions—both in person and online—reflect positively on our school community.
For everyone’s safety and wellbeing, unacceptable behaviour includes bullying or harassment, verbal or physical abuse, threatening or offensive language, inappropriate contact with students, disciplining children who are not your own, confronting other parents about student matters, misuse of school property, unreasonable communication with staff, or attending school events while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If concerns arise, we encourage families to work with the school through our Complaints Handling Policy so matters can be addressed respectfully and constructively.
Thank you for your continued support in helping us maintain a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for all members of our school community.
Action Required – Parent Code of Conduct & Excursion Guidelines
All parents and carers are required to head over to Compass to read and accept our Parent Code of Conduct and Excursion Guidelines.
**Please note that parents and carers cannot volunteer or assist with school activities or excursions until these documents have been accepted. You must also hold a current WWCC.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this important requirement and for your continued support of our school community.
