Thank you to every parent and carer who took the time to complete our parent feedback survey in 2025. Your insights, reflections and suggestions are deeply valued and play a vital role in shaping the ongoing growth of our school community. We appreciate your honesty and the care you have shown in sharing what is working well, as well as where you believe we can improve. This summary provides an overview of the key themes that emerged from your responses and will guide our planning and decision‑making in the months ahead.

The survey responses reflect strong overall satisfaction with Belgrave Heights Christian School, particularly in recognition of its caring culture, inclusive environment, and the dedication of both Staff and Leadership. 

Parents expressed appreciation for the genuine sense of community and the School’s commitment to nurturing students in a supportive, faith-based environment. 

Constructive feedback from families offered helpful insights into ways the school can continue to grow, including strengthening communication and reporting processes, expanding opportunities for parent engagement, and enhancing consistency in behaviour management and student support.

The school’s leadership is appreciative of this feedback and will carefully consider these suggestions as part of ongoing efforts to further strengthen the learning experience and community connections at Belgrave Heights Christian School. 

As part of this process the School is actively engaged in updating its Behaviour Management Policy and Processes to ensure these are consistent and naturally flow from Primary into Secondary, as well as making refinements to its communication platforms with the aim of reducing the number of platforms.
