We are super excited to announce that 'Elise Hogan Art' has come on board as a major sponsor to our upcoming art show. Elise is a local Bendigo artist and is Mum to Hugh (Year 1) and Jimmy (Foundation).

Elise has generously donated one of her original paintings, valued at $1100 to our art show auction/ titled "Tiny Dancer", which will be sold at auction during the art show.   

The art piece is 90cm x 90cm and is framed in a beautiful oak wood frame.

In Elise's words "The inspiration behind Tiny Dancer is about the way children have a remarkable way of bringing colour into our lives. They encourage us to slow down, see beauty in the ordinary and find joy in the simple. This piece is a celebration of the small but meaningful moments that become the memories we keep".

While raising her three sons, Elise works from her studio creating commissioned pieces and developing series of original artworks. Her creative practice spans painting, illustration, and writing children's picture books, all inspired by a passion for storytelling and visual expression. Elise's artwork explores the language of paint through colour, texture, and brushstroke. Working intuitively, she paints directly onto the canvas using expressive mark-making and layered applications of paint, allowing each piece to evolve as its own unique journey.  At the heart of her practice is a love of storytelling. Through her work, Elise aims to create pieces that bring joy, spark imagination, and foster meaningful connections with others.
