Swimming Carnival

On Friday, students in years 3-6 attended Mount Beauty Swimming Pool for our annual Upper Kiewa Swimming Carnival.  Students from Falls Creek Primary, Tawonga Primary and Dederang Primary joined the carnival.  It was a hot day for all and we are proud of the resilience students, staff and volunteers showed throughout the carnival.  It was lovely to hear such positive feedback on the day's proceedings and we would like to congratulate Steph on the co-ordination of this event.

Congratulations also to all our students who attended and gave it a go.  We are pleased to advise that we have 14 students who have qualified to attend the Hume Division Carnival in Wodonga at Waves. This event has been publised on Compass for parents to give consent and payment.  Families are responsible for their child on the day.  Please note that the fee for Hume Division is $8/entrant.

Falls Creek Mountain Bike Interschools

Entries are now open for students in years 3-6 to register for the mountain bike interschools, to be held at Falls Creek. Schools from all over Victoria attend and participate in this event each year.  If you are registering, please make sure you link it to Mount Beauty Primary School.  This will all add points to our school as a whole, and will hopefully see the return of the trophy to our school.   Last year we placed 3rd, which was a tremendous effort from a small crew.
