School Fees
Statements have been issued today. It is essential that we receive a new Payment Form from every family by 21st February. It is important to return the form on time to avoid any adjustments to your instalments, which would increase the amounts.
Concession Card holders are required to provide updated copies (front and back) when a new card is issued to avoid any increase in your fees.
Change of Address or Personal Information
The school requires the most up to date information for parents and caregivers. If you have changed addresses, mobile numbers or email addresses we do require this information to be updated in writing. This can be done via email to admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au.
School Carpark
We ask Parents/Caregivers to use the white carpark bays if parking to drop off and pick up students. All children are to be supervised whilst in their Parents/Caregivers care in the carpark at all times.
Parents/Caregivers utilising the kiss 'n' ride for drop off and pick up are reminded to drive as far forward before stopping their vehicle. Parents/Caregivers should not be exiting the vehicle in the kiss 'n' ride and students should have their bags with them ready to alight the car and should not be entering the carpark to access the rear of the vehicle to collect their bags.
Please note the carpark gate opens at 2:15pm and we ask parents not arrive before this time to access the carpark. Queuing outside the gate causes traffic congestion.
Students need to be collected in a timely manner from the front of school. If you are running late to collect your child please notify the Admin office as soon as possible.
Kindy 2026 Enrolments
Enrolment interviews for Kindergarten in 2026 will commence shortly.
Families with siblings born between July 2021 and June 2022 seeking a place in our Kindergarten next year at St Helena's are asked to contact Admin on admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au or 9297 7500 to receive an application pack.

P&F Welcome BBQ
Save the date for our Welcome BBQ on Friday 7 March. We looking forward to welcoming all our families, old and new! Our P & F need volunteers to assist on the evening, please complete the form here if you are available to help.
P & F Meeting
The first P & F Meeting will be held on Monday 17 February at 5:00pm in the school Library. All members of our school community are invited to attend.
