Thank you to all who celebrated in the day to recognise the arts, there was a wonderful atmosphere around the school with a LOT of happy faces. Students followed a choreographed Hip Hop dance with Eli Faye, shared in movement and physical theatre sessions with Born In A Taxi, danced like no one was watching in the Silent Disco, collaborated on a colourful fence art project and painted their portrait in Vegemite with Dan Butterworth!
I would like to say a huge thank you to the teachers that ran the sessions throughout the day as well as the teachers who volunteered with set up and pack down, without your support the day wouldn't have been such a success for all the students.
Please enjoy the video reflection and some images of the day below
Thanks again

We have been exploring Printmaking techniques using a variety of household items to monoprint onto papers. Some year levels have experimented with brayers and gel plates for printing. Students have also enjoyed creating a Halloween inspired artwork using a range of materials such paint, glitter, painted paper, beads and much more.
We are excited to see the students develop their printmaking skills and understandings as they work on projects throughout the remainder of the term.
