Primary Sub-School News

Michelle Davies - Primary Sub School Leader

Hi to our wonderful Primary families!

Welcome to Week 10 of Term 3!  With only a few days left of the term, we can already catch the faint scent of Spring in the air.  This week has certainly been filled with excitement as we celebrated our students' incredible production pieces on Monday.  We are all extremely proud of their achievements, including their confidence in performing for you all.

Planning for 2025 Classes

As we begin our preparations for 2025, the leadership team, in collaboration with yourselves who know our students best, teachers, education support staff and therapists are working on class structures.  We are excited to look forward to a new school year in 2025.

Excursions and Incursions

Be on the lookout for Term 4 incursions/excursions planned. These include CROCS and Aussie Farm Animals to name a few, as well as your individual room excursions.  Permission slips will be arriving home soon.

Sun Smart

As we move into Term 4, the warmer weather is quickly approaching.  We will continue to promote being SunSmart.  Please send your child/ren to school with a hat and suncream already applied.

We hope you have a wonderful holiday and are able to spend time with your families or friends.  I look forward to seeing you in Term 4 and the progress that your child/ren will make.

Warm regards

Michelle

Room 5

Room 5 has been having a great Term 3! We had lots of fun at our excursion to Werribee Zoo. We rode the safari bus and spotted many different animals such as zebras and giraffes. Room 5 has worked hard in Maths learning about money through buying chocolates in our pretend shop. We enjoyed rehearsing for our performance all term and impressed the crowd with our dance moves on the day of the performance. We are looking forward to a jam-packed Term 4!
