Year 10 Genetics

To wrap up the Year 10 Genetics unit in Science, all classes investigated the many and varied genetic combinations of the offspring of Ma Potato and Pa Onion. This activity allowed students to consolidate their understanding of inheritance and the probability of certain traits being passed onto children by their parents.

Classes collected genetic data and compared it to expected results and then created many and varied "vegie-mites".
