OSHC Enrolment for 2024

Existing OSHC Families 

OSHC Enrolments for 2024 will open and be accepted for existing bookings as of Monday 2nd October. Families will need to go online to their My Family Lounge (MFL) account, review each child’s enrolment, update if required and click on ‘submit’ enrolment for each child.

If an error occurs this means your enrolment is not submitted and you need to check all your details and ensure all fields are filled out correctly and submit again. Once submitted a notification window will pop up saying ‘successfully submitted’. Hand enrolment forms to the OSHC office or there will be a box located in the general office during school hours to hand in your enrolment form in, alternatively you can email the enrolment forms to OSHC (oshc.eltham.east.ps@education.vic.gov.au) signed and completed. It is important that we have a signature with your enrolment form. If there is no signature your enrolment will not be accepted.

The signature page will only appear when you select the print option in the enrolment form.

Families need to edit existing bookings or complete a new booking request online (through your MFL account) with your current bookings so they can be approved for next year. Please select ‘edit’ current bookings and change start dates and select the same days for 2024. This will not affect this year’s bookings.

Existing bookings will continue for 2024 if you have handed in your completed signed enrolment form and submitted a booking request by 6:30pm on Monday 16th October. 

No new families or new bookings will be accepted during this time.

New OSHC Families

Bookings for new families and families that are wanting different sessions in 2024 will open and be accepted from Tuesday 17th October 2023. Any enrolments handed in before this date will be disregarded. 

Families will need to go onto My Family Lounge (MFL) and create/register their own account. Fill out an enrolment form for each child and submit the completed form. If an error occurs and your enrolment is not submitted, you need to check all your details and ensure all fields are filled out correctly. Once submitted a notification window will pop up saying ‘successfully submitted’. Once successfully submitted your enrolment form, go to booking requests and click on ‘New Request’. Select the start date in 2024 and bookings that you require.

Children with medical conditions must ensure that we have an updated Medical Management Plan and in date medication before attending the service in 2024. 

Letters of offers will be emailed no later than Friday 10th November informing families if they have received their 2024 bookings or if they have been placed on a waitlist.
