FAREWELL
It is tinged with sadness that we farewell some families and children from the Saint Joseph’s community, especially the great Year 6 students Danyela Bailey, Fletcher Barratt, Ella Bruce, George Claxton, Abby Copeland, Paige Floyd, Matilda Gelhaar, Lachlan Grob, Ruby Grob, Savannah Hogan, Mya Key, Aila McBain, Jayden Moroney, Emmie Parish, Abigail Pietsch, Clint Quinn, Ella Teinaki, Charlie Templeton, Chloe Tremain, Mia Sak, Siena Villella, India Williamson, and Imogen Macbeth, Mathew Jobin, Isabella van Heerden and Chirag and Prisca Beniwal who move to new schools.
BACK TO SCHOOL 2024
School for the children in years 1- 6 commences on Thursday 1st February. The teachers will have returned on Tuesday 30th January, and will be completing Professional Development in preparation for the students return.
Kindergarten students will commence on Monday 5th February 2024,after having Best Start appointments on Thursday 1st February and Friday 2nd February. 2024 Kindergarten students will receive a letter next week with their appointment time.
STUDENT DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL
It is a board of studies requirement that the destination school of all students leaving St Joseph’s school be recorded. If a student does not nominate a school to be enrolled at it is the Principals legal obligation to notify the appropriate authorities that the student school destination is unknown .
