ADPSC Basketball Trials

Congratulations to Rosemary Wright who was selected in the Armidale Diocesan Basketball Team. Rose’s tenacity in defence proved she would make an excellent member of the Dio team. Rosemary will travel to Coffs Harbour early next year to participate in the Polding Trials. Well done Rose and good luck testing yourself at the next level!

Swimming Carnival

Our Swimming Carnival will be held in Week 2-Term 1 next year (Wednesday 7th February). A permission note has been sent out via Compass for this. I strongly encourage you to spend time at the pool over the holidays to continue all the fantastic progress the students made during their water awareness sessions. 

Merry Christmas and Thank You!

We have had an action packed and sport filled year at St Joseph’s. We have had so many successes in achievement and effort and our school community couldn't be more proud of our students. All of this doesn’t happen without the support and encouragement from our staff and parents. So I would like to take this opportunity to extend a massive heartfelt thanks to our parents and grandparents for turning up to all the big events and giving us your time to help and cheer your children on. As teachers, we love spending these days with you and building our school community relationships. 

To our amazing staff, I would also like to thank you all for your support. You always do what is asked of you and make sure the students are well cared for and enjoy their days. Each event needs many hands to make it a success and I know I can rely on you.
