Netball

Congratulations to both our Year 7/8 and Year 9/10 teams for finishing 3rd and 4th place respectively in this week's HART Sport Southern High School Netball Championships.  First time entrants in the competition, Team sVc were on a steep learning curve under the expert tutelage of coach Ms Jamie Symons. Results aside, both teams were extremely competitive in all matches and had a terrific time.  We look forward to participating again in 2024.

Golf

Congratulations to Year 11 Student Athlete Eli Monaghan who earlier this week in England finished second in the European Junior Open final qualifier, meaning that he has now won an all expenses paid trip to Spain in November to compete in the European Junior Open.  An amazing achievement with borrowed clubs and persisting through 12mm of rain and waterlogged greens. The pro ranks certainly beckon Eli in the coming years.

Congratulations to all the boys for the spirit in which the games were played.
