Learning Behaviours Reports

Learning Behaviours Reports are now available

Term 1 Learning Behaviours Reports (LBRs) are now available to download from Compass.

To access these reports, please select the ‘View Academic Reports’ option from the parent dashboard. From there, click on the relevant reporting cycle, in this case, ‘Learning Behaviours Reports 1 Sem 1 2025’.

Some important information to keep in mind when viewing your young person’s reports:

· The Learning Behaviours Reports for each subject are judgements made by your young person’s teachers about behaviours in class that affect their learning.

· The Learning Behaviours Reports for Connect have been completed by your young person, not their teacher. This is a self-assessment of their learning behaviours in all of their classes.

At the same time that you are discussing your young person’s recent Learning Behaviours Report with them, we would encourage you to ask them to show you feedback they have been receiving on their class work, assessment tasks, and SAC/CATs. This discussion would help support Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences on March 21 and March 28.

There are a variety of ways teachers may provide feedback to students, including:

  • Comments or notes on the work itself
  • Notes and comments on rubrics used in class
  • Written feedback provided in Teams/OneNote
  • Rubrics in Teams
  • Individual conversations in class

Feedback might be formative (assisting students to improve before an assessment task is submitted) and some might be summative (a final grade on an assessment task – a CAT or SAC).
