Term 2 In Year 6

Hello everyone, and welcome to Term 2!

It’s been fantastic seeing our 5/6 students continue to grow and thrive since the start of the year. They’ve settled into routines, built strong friendships, and embraced new challenges with enthusiasm. I’m especially proud of the way they continue to demonstrate our school values of RESPECT, CARE, KINDNESS & PERSONAL BEST in everything they do.

As we step into another exciting term, we look forward to seeing their confidence and skills develop even further. If you haven’t had the chance to visit our classroom yet, we would love to connect with you!

Here’s to another wonderful term ahead!

Warm regards,

Mr. Thomson, Mr. Whitehead & Mr. Hancock

They’ll be working on their problem-solving skills through hands-on activities, real-world applications, and collaborative learning. We’re excited to see their confidence grow as they tackle these important concepts!

Wellbeing

Our 4 school values are RESPECT, KINDNESS, CARE and PERSONAL BEST. Our 4 learning dispositions COMMITMENT, CURIOSITY, COURAGE, COLLABORATION.

This term we are focusing on KINDNESS. A wonderful way to develop our students understanding of this are demonstrating acts of kindness in your own home and pointing out different examples of kindness.
