MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING

 

This term at Chilwell we are offering a wide range of clubs for students to participate in and enjoy during lunchtimes.

There is something for everybody, including Lego, coding, yoga, dance, origami and more. Please have a look at the attached timetable and discuss possibilities with your child about which clubs may be of interest to them. 

 

Each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the Library will open before school for Mindfulness Mornings, where students can come into a quiet and calm space to start their day. Students can read, draw, complete puzzles and listen to music.
