Principal Report

Dear Parents, Guardians, Staff and Students and Friends,

The Christmas edition of our newsletter has arrived. The fortnightly newsletter to our community acts as an excellent communication tool between the school, home and the broader St Francis community.  Thank you to Natasha in the front office and the many contributors for the production of our newsletter.

Finally, as we reach the end of another school year I would like to thank you for your support and friendship of St Francis.  As witnessed by last week’s Graduation Mass, Year 6 Graduation Dinnner and Friday’s colour run St Francis is a community that is fast paced, full of energy and opportunity. The learning and extra-curricular opportunities that are on offer are simply extraordinary and I thank all members of our staff for their dedication and commitment to the learner journey of your children.

I would also like to again thank the St Francis community for the kind welcome I have received across the last few weeks of this year. I am thoroughly enjoying being a part of this great community and look forward to next year with joy, hope and enthusiasm.

Finally, I pray for everybody to enjoy a safe and holy Christmas in the company of family and friends followed by a rejuvenating and relaxing summer break. See you in 2025.

With Peace and Goodwill,

Matt Carver

Principal
