In readiness for their excursion to the Fauna Park, the F/1 students were learning about maps and directions for Maths. They looked at a large map to find where Kyabram was and had to find their way. They also practised drawing a birds-eye-view of the classroom.

Spending time in the community

Students from F/1A visited the kindergarten students at Country Kids this week. It was a lovely opportunity for the children to begin to know each other in a fun setting. As you will see in the photos, there was smiles all round.

F/1B visited 'The Cottage' on Wednesday. The children had so much fun interacting with the younger kids and look forward to their next visit. Cindy from 'The Cottage' has reported that it was a huge hit with the Cottage Kids too and hopes it becomes a regular visit.
