The Imperfects Podcast

Perfectly Imperfect

“I don’t know anyone who has not experienced social anxiety at some point in their life.”

Earlier this week, resident psychologist of The Imperfects Podcast, Dr Emily, delved into the experience of social anxiety. If you missed Monday’s episode, tune is as the team explore how social anxiety shows up, where it might come from, and what we can do to “get our butterflies in formation”.

PBIS

Our new blitz for the next 2 weeks will be focusing on our PBIS rule of being kind.  When we are kind to others, we are ‘taking responsibility for our actions’.

We are wanting students of St Patrick’s to learn how to take responsibility for their actions.

There are three simple ways to take responsibility for your actions.  These are:

“Don’t blame others”

“Own your actions”

“Learn to avoid bad choices”

Your teacher will be helping you understand how you can show these actions over the next two weeks.

WHAT DO WE SAY?: St Pat’s be our best!!
