OPEN DAY 2024

Uniform

Reminder to all students and parents that a clean unmarked uniform is required for your section on the day.  This means no dirty marks, tears, holes or missing buttons and polished boots with no toes worn through.  Thankyou for you assistance with this. 

Farm Licence

Students please ensure you have your Farm licence with you on the day.  A plastic holder will be issued to you in the morning so you can wear your licence as part of your student ID. Day students, please ensure you bring your Farm licence to school.

Times

• Day students please arrive by 8am.  
• Gates open 10am.
• Gates close 2.30pm.
• No student will be permitted to leave before 3pm and must have permission from your section supervisor/teacher.  
• All students must sign in and sign out through the front office.

Open Day Parent Stall

As Open Day is next weekend, we are asking for donations for the cake stall such cakes, biscuits, jams etc. 

All money raised will go towards the College Ball. 

Wood Raffle

If you need wood for your fire this winter we will be selling raffle tickets for a trailer load of wood on Open Day.

$5 x 3 tickets

$2 per ticket

All money raised will go towards the College Ball. 

Meal Tickets

$3 meal tickets will be available to purchase from the gym.  Each ticket allows you to purchase one food or drink item from the various options that will be availab.  A ticket will need to be purchased PRIOR to collecting your food and drinks.

Parking

Please follow the instruction from students and staff when parking your vehicle.  All parking will be on the grass area in front of the shed mural and oval. 

Bus Tours

There will be four bus tours running on the day.  These will run as a continuous loop every 15mins  leaving from the front of Admin.   

No booking is required.  Details of the loops are still to be finalised. 

Coffee Van

There will be a coffee van on site to  meet your coffee fix.
