Grade 6 News

It is wonderful to see so many reading diaries coming in consistently this term!  

Many students have read over 25 nights already!  

We encourage regular reading habits to continue over the holiday break.

We have been so proud of our Grade 6’s and how hard they have worked during this term to cement solid work habits and routines in our classroom.  

Magnify has been new to our students and they have taken it on with an open mind and here are some of their thoughts: 

Zoe-  I like the novel study because it is getting me used to high school.  The booklets are cool, I like them.   

Noah B – I have learnt more this term.  I liked learning about suffixes and prefixes.  The slides have definitely helped my spelling.  I like the maths it is easier for me.  

Harry – I am getting better at spelling.  English now is busy.  There is a lot of writing and we barely have time for a break.  I am finding maths easy.  It is pretty straight on.   

We wish our families a relaxing and safe Easter break.
