Student Information/Permission forms

I have resent home Student Information Forms to those families still to return them.

Please check the information, make any changes or mark "No Changes" and return as quickly as possible.

I am also sending home Miscellaneous Permission Forms and Headlice Inspection Forms to those families that have not as yet returned them as well as reminders to some families for Birth Certificates and/or Immunisation records. Could these also be returned as quickly as possible.

We need the most current information for our records.

 

Curriculum Contributions Reminder

Thank you to those families who have paid their Curriculum contributions for 2025.

Last year School Council set this years contributions at $250.00 a student. These funds are vital to the efficient running of the school and we invite parents/guardians to help support their child/children's education by contributing to the costs.

Financial Support for Families CSEF information

 

Criteria 1 - Eligibility 

To be eligible* for the fund, a mature minor of sixteen years of age or over, a parent or carer of a student attending a registered government or non-government Victorian primary or secondary school must:

  • on the first day of Term 1; or

  • on the first day of Term 2.

  • Be an eligible beneficiary within the meaning of the State Concessions Act 2004, that is, be a holder of Veterans Affairs Gold Card or be an eligible Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) holder; or

  1. Be a temporary foster parent; and

  2. Submit an application to the school by the due date.

Mature minors or parents who receive a Carer Allowance on behalf of a child, or any other benefit or allowance not income tested by Centrelink, are not eligible for the CSEF unless they also comply with one of (a) or (b) above.

Criteria 2 - Be of school age and attend school in Victoria

School is compulsory for all Victorian children aged between 6 and 17 years of age inclusive.

For the purposes of CSEF, students may be eligible for assistance if they attend a Victorian registered primary or secondary school. Typically, these students are aged between 5 and 18 years inclusive.

CSEF is not payable to students’ attending pre-school, kindergarten, home schooling, or TAFE
