Student Absences

Parents, you can use the QParents Attendance screen to provide us with a reason for unexplained student absences, anytime and anywhere. If you have not yet registered for QParents please email the school administration to request an invitation. Please see below for information regarding QParents and the registration process.

All students who are intending to be out of the school for more than 10 days for e.g. a holiday, an exemption form must be completed prior to the leaving date & the exemption approved by the Principal. Please see the office for this form.
