Assessments and teacher feedback requests

At various times, schools are requested to provide feedback to psychologists and clinicians when a diagnosis is being sought by families.

The college is happy to support these requests.

All paperwork is to be submitted to the relevant Program Manager who will oversee completion of the paperwork.

Please do not ask your child or young person in your care to give any paperwork to their teachers. This protocol is in place to ensure continuity and also to ensure the request is completed in a reasonable timeframe.

The relevant Program Manager will return all assessments and feedback to the clinician. You will be advised when this task has been completed.
