Purpose: To ensure all curriculum changes are systematically reviewed and approved, the Curriculum Change Proposal Form must be completed for the following actions:
- Introducing a new subject
- Renaming a current subject
- Significantly changing the content and/or focus of a current subject
- Other changes (e.g., integration of subjects, changes to prerequisites, etc.)
Procedure:
- Complete the Form: Fill out the Curriculum Change Proposal Form.
- Submission Deadline: Submit the completed form to the Director of Curriculum by the end of Term 1.
- Review Process: Curriculum changes will be discussed during the first Committee meeting of Term 2.
