Curriculum Changes 

Proposal Process

Purpose: To ensure all curriculum changes are systematically reviewed and approved, the Curriculum Change Proposal Form must be completed for the following actions:

  • Introducing a new subject
  • Renaming a current subject
  • Significantly changing the content and/or focus of a current subject
  • Other changes (e.g., integration of subjects, changes to prerequisites, etc.)

Procedure:

  1. Complete the Form: Fill out the Curriculum Change Proposal Form.
  2. Submission Deadline: Submit the completed form to the Director of Curriculum by the end of Term 1.
  3. Review Process: Curriculum changes will be discussed during the first Committee meeting of Term 2.
