Georges River PSSA teams
Congratulations to Idris Akkari who has been selected into the combined Georges River and Botany Bay team to represent our local area at the Sydney East carnival. We wish Idris the best of luck at the carnival.
Georges River District Swimming Carnival
On Monday 4th March, 20 students represented Peakhurst in the District Swimming Carnival for 2024 at Bexley Swimming Pool.
The behaviour was amazing and all the students should be incredibly proud of themselves. Every student, represented Peakhurst with respect and were responsible throughout the carnival.
Congratulations to everyone who competed. An extra congratulations goes to Jameson and Olivia who will represent our school at the Sydney East Regional Carnival on Monday 11th March for 50m freestyle and 50m breaststroke. Olivia unfortunately missed out on qualifying for backstroke by 0.24 seconds. Olivia was the runner up for the 11 years girl age champion and Jameson was 3rd for the 11 years boy age champion.
