Our hospitality students have been delving into crucial aspects of food safety, including cross-contamination awareness, temperature management within the danger zone, identification of potentially hazardous foods, and mastering effective handwashing techniques. 

Through practical sessions, they've crafted a variety of culinary delights, ranging from lemonade scones and milo balls to cupcakes, dumplings, rice paper rolls, ham and salad sandwiches, and sultana and oat cookies. Additionally, they've been honing their barista skills, learning the art of crafting perfect coffee beverages.
