VPC

For our literacy session, our VPC students are exploring the concept of 100 points of identification as part of our endeavour to obtain proof of age cards. We have reviewed and discussed the necessary documents, including birth certificates, Passports and Medicare cards. We will be visiting the VicRoads office to fill out the form and complete the process.

During our work skills sessions, we've delved into the distinctions between soft skills and hard skills, and also explored employability skills. Additionally, we've utilised the My Future website to gather insights into our interests, skills, education and training options, work conditions, values, and suggested occupations.

We've initiated the process of completing our My Career Action Plan, which serves as a roadmap for setting and achieving our goals for the future. This plan assists us in outlining strategies for attaining our aspirations in relation to school, work, and life in general.

Our year 12 graduating students have commenced the planning process for their end-of-school graduation. We've explored the significance of graduation and the steps required to organise our ceremony. Discussions have covered typical graduation proceedings, although it's still early in our planning phase, and there's much more to coordinate in the coming months.

We have also celebrated some very special milestone birthdays this term. Congratulations to Matylda, Krystal, Mackenzie, Jimmy, Tom and Carter on turning 18! We played a trick on Mackenzie and made her candle say 81 instead of 18! She thought is was very funny.
