Year Nine Camp

As I write this article students are reflecting on their day spent in the Boranup forest. It has been amazing to see them push their comfort zones during abseiling, mountain bike through beautiful scenery and relish a swim and warm shower at Hamelin Bay. I am confident that students are growing, forging friendships and building relationships with teachers. The Year Nine expedition is a foundational experience and something that is part of our school culture. I continue to be impressed with the levels of engagement in the camp overall as well as each student embraces the opportunities as they are presented.

Year Ten Marine Studies

Our first group of Year Ten Marine Studies students are almost halfway through their SCUBA Schools International Open Water SCUBA Certification. With some very warm weather in the first couple of days, I am sure that students are thrilled to be achieving competence in their skills, and gaining additional confidence in their diving.
