SUPERVISION HOURS ON SCHOOL SITE

Supervision hours on the school site are as follows:

K-6 8:25am - 3:20pm or until the departure of last bus

7-10 8:25am - 3:20pm or until the departure of last bus

Our duty of care commences and concludes at these points in time. Parents and/or students are encouraged not to arrive at school prior to these times.

School entry points will not be open for student access until 8:25am.

UNIFORM SHOP

The uniform shop is open by appointment at the following times

Tuesday 2pm - 4pm

Thursday 8:30am - 10:30am

QKR! and EFTPOS sales only

No cash orders/transactions will be accepted

Qkr! App Orders – If you order via the Qkr! app your order will NOT be ready on the day you place the order. Please do not send your child to the Uniform Shop on the day you place your order.

Orders placed by Tuesday will be processed on Thursday and available at the office in the afternoon.

Orders placed by Thursday will be processed the following Tuesday afternoon.

School Attendance

What if my child has to stay away from school?

If your child has to be absent from school, you must inform the school and provide a reason for your child’s absence.

A small number of absences may be accepted by the principal.

For example, if your child has to

- Attend a special religious ceremony

- Is required to attend to a serious and/or urgent family situation (e.g. a funeral)

- Is too sick to go to school or has an infectious illness.

How can you provide a reason for absence?

There are a number of options available to notify the school:

- Compass

- send an email to moradmin@arm.catholic.edu.au

- send in a written note

OR

- call the school on 6752 1577

Is your child too sick for school?

Knowing whether a child is well enough to attend school can be tough for any parent.

School Fee Payments

Please refer to your current school fee statement. Payment of school fee can now be done by the Compass App.
