Year 6 Graduation Mass

Last night’s Year 6 Graduation Mass was a heartfelt and memorable event, celebrating the achievements and growth of our graduating students. The ceremony began with a procession of our Year 6 students which highlighted their journey and their contributions to the school community. The altar was beautifully adorned with symbols representing their journey, flowers and school candle, creating a reverent atmosphere. Families, teachers, and friends gathered to support and honor the graduates, making it a truly special occasion.

During the Mass, students participated in various roles, including readings and prayers, and hymns. Each student received a gift and a graduation certificate, symbolising their end of their time in primary school. The sense of pride and accomplishment was palpable as students reflected on their time at the school and looked forward to the future.

We were also joined by special guests who presented some of our awards and we thank them for their attendance.

The evening concluded with a song performed by the Year 6 students and a photo montage of photos capturing moments from the students’ journey. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, celebrate the graduates’ successes, and wish them well in their next chapter. The Year 6 Graduation Mass was a fitting tribute to our students’ hard work and a beautiful way to mark this important milestone.
