Environmental Engineering

Students in Environmental Engineering explored how machine learning models, a form of artificial intelligence, could be used to tackle environmental challenges. Josh Davies created and facilitated this project where students chose a theme, then trained their own machine to recognise objects. All the groups ended up with accurate models. Some could even identify the species of tree by looking at just one leaf.

Let's Vote

This fabulous piece of work was created in the subject Let's Vote, where students study voting in Australia at a State, Federal and Local level. The assignment that this work relates to has asked students to look at Helen Haines' draft Bill (on pork barrelling) which is currently in Parliament. Students were asked to come up with what should be in the Bill and how to make it fair.
