We are so very grateful for the many people who could come to our Mother's Day celebration knowing how tricky these things can be with work and family commitments. If you haven't had a chance to jump on our Instagram account yet, check it out for a little video compilation. Link
In Week 3, over 40 students represented St. Thomas at the local cross country event with other Cranbourne schools. Every student tried their very hardest, behaved with safety and respect and had a positive experience. We are excited to share that 12 children finished within the top ten of their age group and have been invited to move onto the regional event which they will attend with their family.
43 students represented our school at our first attendance at District Athletics. Students demonstrated our expectations of safety, respect and learning. The students cheered and encouraged each other and students from other schools. They demonstrated excellent sportsmanship in every way. Our thanks to the parents who were amazing helpers and those who came to watch and support.
We seem to have a particular strength in the school at the 1500m as students placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in every race!
