FINACIAL ASSISTANCE

Thank you to all the families that have donated to the Student Assistance Fund.  There are several options available for families if are struggling financially.  Our Parents and Friends are also able to assist with paying or subsidising their events.  Please make contact with Lara in the office if you need assistance or would like to chat about how we can help with payment options.

VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS

We’ve received some great positive feedback regarding the changes to receiving your child’s stationery and payments of the voluntary contributions.  Families found it an easier process and the online payment options more convenient. After further feedback, we will however work to streamline the list of inclusions/options on Sentral.

There are several ways to pay your contributions, if you haven’t already, and you are able to part pay as well.

We sincerely thank all families for their contributions to date. Ocean Grove Primary School is a non profit organisation, the Department of Education provides funds to operate and staff the school, your fundraising and voluntary financial contributions enable us to enhance the teaching and learning programs. 

CSEF (Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund)

Reminder - parent applications for CSEF close on 28th June 2024

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. The allowance is $150 for a primary school student and is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.
