Hands On Learning
The HoL crew were very excited to receive their shirts this week.
This week, in the kitchen, we made carrot cake muffins and carrot cake slice for staff morning tea.
Jasper’s menu choice for lunch was chicken schnitzels with garden salad and potato chips.
From the garden we were able to use lettuce, beetroot, potatoes and parsley.
We spent an hour in the garden watering plants and raking up well rotted chip mulch, from the garden paths, to spread onto garden beds.
Next, it’s time to bring in some fresh chip mulch to spread on the paths.
