Physical Education

Term 2 is here! We are having a fantastic start to the term.

Our Prep-Grade 2 students will continue to focus on a range of Fundamental Motor Skills requiring object control such as throwing and catching. The students will then engage in cooperative games that will highlight the importance of working positively with others to complete movement challenges.

Our Grade 3-4 students will be developing and refining their sport specific skills in invasion games, specifically Netball. Through this, the students will be adopting inclusive practices when participating in small sided Netball games.

Our Grade 5-6 students will also be developing and refining their sport specific skills in invasion games, specifically European Handball. The students will then start to explore the benefits that physical activity has on our mental, social and physical health.

Interschool Sports

On Friday 19th of April, students from grade 5 & 6 competed against Casey Fields Primary School and we were very proud of their efforts. The scores are below;
