It’s been a busy fortnight in PE at Rangeview! Here are some of the highlights.

State Teeball FinalsWhat a day our Boys and Girls teams had at the State Teeball Finals on Wednesday! After qualifying for the top 8 in Victoria, both teams brought their A-game as they battled it out against the best in the state.

The Girls won 2 of their 3 games, narrowly going down to the eventual winners, finishing 3rd in the state! The teamwork on display by our RPS girls was awesome to watch.

The Boys continued their incredible form, winning all 3 group games to book a spot in the Grand Final. After an extremely tight match with plenty of big moments, the Boys were crowned State Champions by 3 runs, going back-to-back!

A huge thank you to our families and coaches for all their support. We are so proud of our students for competing at such a high level, and it’s a testament to the hard work and training they’ve put in over the year. Congratulations on making it through District, Division and Regionals all the way to State!

Australian Cross Country Finals

Last weekend, our superstar Cross Country runner, Rayani, competed at the Australian National Cross-Country Championships on the Gold Coast, proudly representing both Rangeview Primary School and Victoria!

Overall, Rayani finished an amazing 7th in the country, playing a huge role in Team Victoria placing 2nd overall. We are so proud of Rayani—not only for her results, but also for her effort, determination, and mindset. The training and dedication that went into this achievement have been remarkable to watch. Go Rayani!!

Last week we had a special visit from the Vermont Football Club. Our junior students enjoyed fun clinics where they practised their skills, learned new techniques, and showcased their football talents. A big thank you to Sian and the team for supporting the Rangeview community!
